RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns that have ALL tags attached (including security and return tags) and original receipt according to the policies below.

In store purchases can be returned for a merchandise credit in the form of a TF Merchandise card within 5-days of purchase. After 5 days, returned items may be re-consigned.

Online orders must have a postmarked return date within 5-days of receipt of order and be accompanied by the original packing slip. Items received after the allotted time or with the security tag and/or store tags tampered with, missing or removed cannot be returned. Those items are eligible for consignment or can be returned to the client. Click here to learn more about consigning your items with True Fashionistas. If you choose to have your item re-consigned with True Fashionistas we are happy to provide a complimentary return label.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Handbags, jewelry, swimwear, luggage, sunglasses, beauty products, perfumes and items with cumulative discounts of 35% or greater.

We recognize that returns are important to our clients. However, if we determine a client is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse that clients access to True Fashionistas returns.

REFUNDS
You will receive an email once your return has been received. Please allow 48- hours for re-authentication and processing. Once processing is complete, the credit, in the form of a TF Merchandise card, will be mailed to the shipping address of the original purchase.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. We will provide a shipping label if requested and return shipping fee will simply be deducted from your merchandise credit. Please note we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries and we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
